We’re constantly told that “only 1 in 10 companies survives the first year”, and see the restraints around lending to or investing in businesses in their first two years.

At the same time, early stage business owners are out there trying to run every facet of the business, with no reason that they should have skills or knowledge in accounting, company law, HR practices, marketing communications, digital management, and more.

In our view the ecosystem and gauntlet that individual founders and small businesses have to live in until they maybe make it through to the point that they can hire and attract expert support, makes the attrition rates unsurprising.

So our proposition starts with bringing the right skills support to founders as early as possible. With the right expertise and support services, we strive to take away as many pitfalls and variables as possible and allow success of the business to hinge only on the core product or service it can provide.
